What to Expect:
During individual sessions you will be free to express yourself openly and honestly without judgement. We will discuss the specific situation that brought you to therapy or a current situation that may be causing you concern. We will talk about your thoughts and feelings to help you understand and make sense of them. We may explore your past to understand how past experiences may be impacting your current feelings, actions and/or reactions. We will work to identify your strengths that may be useful to achieve therapy goals.
